History lovers will surely appreciate amazing view of the Baroque complex of Kuks Hospital (1707-1716) with statues of Virtues and Vices created by famous Baroque sculptor Matthias Bernard Braun. Others may welcome the chance to have a walk around unique Baroque sculptural landscape-realization "Braun's Bethlehem" carved into rocks in the New Forest between Kuks and Dvur Kralove. This is extended by 300 years younger open-air sculpture exhibition called "21st century Calvary".

Convenient green area in front of the house is also suitable for sports. Parents can easily keep an eye on their playing children from the benches on doorstep; moreover all the area is securely fenced. Pool, balls, two small goals for football, badminton set, petanque and croquet are available for the sport activities. Small children will certainly enjoy a swing and a sand playground while adults can prepare delicious barbeque at the outdoor grill.

Part of the cottage is a lockable garage for storing bicycles and on the side there is paved parking space.
